Refund Eligibility

  • The item does not match the description or specifications provided.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized orders (unless they arrived damaged or defective).

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Initiation of Refunds

Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact us at accounts@ali-mony.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the issue.

Return Authorization
We may require you to return the item(s) in question before issuing a refund. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Refund Process

Refund Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 14 business days.

Refund Amount
The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable taxes. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s), unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to discuss availability. Exchanges may be subject to additional shipping charges.
